The average power generation loss is over 6%. No difference from normal modules. The full-screen PV modules adopts a unique and innovative structural design to make it have the same reliability as normal modules. This is also one of the core technologies of the full-screen PV module patent. According to the TÜV laboratory’s tests of damp and heat, high and low temperature cycle, mechanical load, and combined rigorous, the full-screen PV module has excellent waterproof performance (IP68) and mechanical load performance (5400Pa on the front and 2400Pa on the back). In addition, according to the climate characteristics of different regions in the outdoor demonstration test, the full-screen module can increase the power generation by more than 6.15% compared with the normal module, and won the "TÜV North German Outdoor Demonstration Quality and Effect Award".

How wide is the application of the full-screen patent? Has it been mass-produced?


Full screen technology can be applied to 99% of the modules on the market.(Except for some customized components such as frameless or BIPV).The core technology of the full-screen PV module lies in the innovative structural design and manufacturing process. At the beginning of the design, the compatibility with the mainstream modules on the market has been considered. Therefore, as long as the full-screen patented technology and process of DAH Solar is adopted, it is enough to apply the full screen technology to modules of various layouts and sizes.


Full screen technology can be applied to 99% of the modules on the market.(Except for some customized components such as frameless or BIPV).



The production line has been upgraded in June of this year. Full-screen modules are currently in mass production, and all production indicators have reached the level of conventional modules, By now over 100 megawatts worldwide have been placed.

In this summit forum, DAH Solar not only exhibited full-screen modules, but also brought innovative products-low-current modules. As the name suggests, the main feature of low-current modules is their lower operating current, as well as module power and power generation gains brought by low current.

10W higher of single module.The three-cut process effectively reduces the resistance loss, has more cell gaps and higher reflection efficiency, resulting in higher module power. Compared with half-cell modules, the power of a single module can be increased by 10W. Therefore, with the same installation area, the installation capacity of low-current modules is 1.82% higher than that of normal half-cell modules.


1.5% increase of power output per watt . At present, the working current of normal 182 modules is above 13A, while the working current of low-current modules is only 8.41A~8.83A, with lower working current and lower power loss, the power generation can be increased by more than 1.5% while reducing risk of hot spots.


Higher system compatibility. Low-current modules can not only achieve module power and yield, but also can be well matched with existing inverters and systems, especially for photovoltaic systems below 20KW, which will effectively reduce system costs and electricity costs.
